By accepting the Autoflower Network site Terms of Use and this Forum Etiquette Policy, you agree that you will be civil (polite and courteous) to your fellow members.
You agree to the condition that you will not degrade, belittle, or berate your fellow forum members and agree that any actions or words on your behalf that may be contrary to this agreement will be subject to moderation and/or administrative action.

Advertising
There is to be no blatant, unauthorized product advertising, website advertising, or sales (this includes avatars, profile pictures, and signature areas.)
There is to be no advertising or promotion of auctions, contests, coupons, websites, products, marketing campaigns or related activities without prior approval by the Autoflower Network staff. Included but not limited to are posts, links, signatures, usernames, avatars, profile entries, and any other publicly viewable information on the Autoflower Network.
Any company or individual that wishes to sponsor this type of content must please contact an administrator on the Autoflower Network.
Content that violates this policy that is promotional in nature is subject to removal without warning, and may result in a suspension of your posting privileges.
The Autoflower Network reserves the right to delete any posts or vendors that spam, flame, or promote their own product or service without authorization.
Affiliate Linking
You are strictly prohibited from posting any affiliate links on the forum. Any such links are deemed at the discretion of the Autoflower Network and may be edited/removed at any time without warning.
Butane Honey Oil (BHO) Discussion
The production of Butane Honey Oil (BHO) is considered inherently dangerous.
There are inherent dangers and posed risk of fire, explosions, severe burns, and other serious permanent and disabling injuries, including death. This inherent risk and danger is not limited solely to the person producing the BHO.
All BHO production and related discussion shall be reserved for the private BHO Discussion forum only and is subject to moderation at the discretion of the Autoflower Network administrative staff.
The Autoflower Network reserves the right to edit/delete/moderate any post of any member who violates this policy condition.

Cannabis Forum Linking
The Autoflower Network does not allow for linking to external or 3rd party cannabis forums without our expressed permission.
Content or media created and posted on AFN that violates this policy may be edited without prior warning or consent.
Copyright
Use of unauthorized copyright material, trademarks, images, logos, or website links are strictly prohibited and may be edited or removed at the discretion of the Autoflower Network administrative team.

Data and Privacy
This forum is an international public forum and can be searched via search engines; that means everyone and anyone can read your posts. You are encouraged to use safe forum browsing habits and to use discretion when posting personal details.
You are prohibited from posting e-mail addresses, e-mails, screenshots of personal information or conversations, or private messages (PM's) in the public forum. Any violations of this policy may results in the content being removed without prior consent or notice.
Political Discussion
Political discussion is strictly forbidden with the exception of political cannabis discussion; which is reserved exclusively for our World in Cannabis section on the site.
All posts and threads created must remain civil, must not be meant to incite trolling, and are all subject to discretion of the AFN administrate staff.
Violations of this policy may results in thread-bans (preventing further replying to threads in that section,) or further disciplinary action depending on the severity.
Posting
- Please search the other posts to see if your topic is already covered.
- Try to use a meaningful title for your thread.
- Do not use the forum to promote your product, service or business.
- Stay on topic.
- Act in a give and take manner; help others as often as or more than you ask for help.
- Please do not use all caps or SHOUT in your posts.
- Please do not post new problems on someone else's thread and interrupt a topic of discussion.
- Please do not use someone else thread for a private conversation.
- Please do not discuss warez, cracks or illegal downloading of software and similar topics.
- Please watch your sense of humor, posts may be read by people from a variety of backgrounds and ages.
Product Reviews
All product, strain, and service provider reviews must be backed by linked documentation found on the Autoflower Network website. Any reviews that do not provide a link to a thread on AFN backing up the experience may be subject to moderation or removal.
Constructive and critical feedback is welcomed by all and to all, but airing of personal grievances, flaming, trolling, or otherwise bashing of vendors will not be tolerated in reviews.
Religious Discussion
There is to be no topic creation or posts geared towards religious debate and perspectives.
Selling/Trading
There is to be no begging, offers to buy, selling, charitable offering, or trading of any kind on the public forums (no seeds, no pollen, no clones, no equipment, etc.)
Any such request for distribution of any kind must be approved and authorized by the administrative staff of the Autoflower Network.
Signatures
Please do not use a huge and annoying signature, a modest signature is fine, moderators may edit or remove signatures that are excessive.
Social Media Linking
The Autoflower Network will allow linking to social media sites at the discretion of the administrative staff.
Any blatant social media posts/threads created with the intent of driving followers, getting more likes, etc, will be subject to moderation without prior notice or warning.
Spam
Spamming is when send the same message indiscriminately to (large numbers of recipients.) Spamming also includes multiposting, which is when a member posts multiple posts in a row in a short amount of time.
The Autoflower Network reserves the right to edit/delete/moderate any post of any member who violates this Terms of Use condition without consent or prior notice.
Trolling
Trolling is the act of posting inflammatory, offensive, or nonsensical posts in order to incite argument and controversy. This also includes multiple user names for the same member. Members shall be limited to one user name per member.
The Autoflower Network reserves the right to edit/delete/moderate any post of any member who violates this Terms of Use condition without consent or prior notice.
Vendors
The Autoflower Network has a vendor program on its website that offers vendors of cultivation related equipment, genetics, products, and service providers digital access to our forum.
All members of the site will show professionalism and courtesy towards our vendors.
Constructive and critical feedback is welcomed by all and to all, but airing of personal grievances, flaming, trolling, or otherwise bashing of vendors will not be tolerated.
Personal experiences and accounted details of feedback must be backed by documentation via threads/posting on AFN (no proof, no complaint!)
