Lighting 1000 watt MH to much?

Got a good deal on a MH 1000watt would that be good for veg with autos? Or should I use my T5 8blub? Or should I start with t5 then to 1000 MH then to my 1000HPS? If so when should I switch them?

My girls are still only a few days old when should I throw them under a 1000 mh?

well i think that for the first few day's the t5 system sholud work well. after they have deployed two or three set's of true leave's, give them the 1000w
