Indoor 12 hr light cycle

I am thinking of starting some auto's with my photo grow. Get some early smoke. Any idea of Hermie issues when I switch to 12/12?

How far are you in your veg cycle? If you are early in veg start them right away so they will be in late flower once you do make the switch. I don't think it will effect them much if you do have to go 12/12 in the middle of growing the autos. Just make sure you enviornment is steady that will have more influence over hermies then light cycle.

12/12 wont cause them to hermie , ive done many autos 12/12 from seed without issue , going up and down could be an issue though , so if you go 12/12 stay 12/12

On lighting requirements for autos, I have found more is better up until about 20/4, then it a tossup. And by more is better, I mean as much as you can give them for as long as you can give it to them.
Just like with photos, higher light intensity will get you stronger, more resinous buds. With autos however, the more hours you can give them, the bigger yield you get.
I have started autos under 24/0, 20/4, and 12/12. I have had reason on occasion, to put the 24/0 or 20/4 in my 12/12 photo box. The only thing I noticed was a smaller yield from the autos that were started or moved into the 12/12.
Potency was the same, no problems with hermie's.

Thanks for the input. I have THC bomb, sour diesel, nl55, and c99 sprouting. I was wanting to toss in a couple short cycle autos for early smoke. I would love to do pics but not in my state. You all are great !
