Presuming 18" square or 2.25 sq. ft./plant as an experienced grower you should be able to get about 2 oz./sq. ft or ≥1/4 lb./plant in this size range (although I'm assuming using coco or other non-soil medium; presume somewhat less if using soil). Crowded in like this, don't expect or try to grow very tall plants.
