Just thought I would ask something else, for anyone who would care to answer..
If I flush my roots, as I have done since they were burned by giving nutes too early, is it true that I also flush all nutrients from the grow soil mix? If so, wouldn't that mean I need to start feeding her even though she has not begun flowering..?
Please let me know, I would like to be prepared because right now she is looking well, I will upload some new pics shortly.
Obviously I will also just be waiting for her to start showing signs of needing food, but thought I would try get an answer earlier.

My little Auto Bomb after four weeks. One week after my last pics were taken, though these were actually taken one day before a full week.

She looks great man! Very nice! As far as the little tips of the leaves... Keep an eye on them and see if it spreads. May just be from the early burning... She's exactly a month old now? Should be showing signs any hour of pistils really... You may be surprised any hour now with a baby girl!

To answer your question about flushing. In theory you are stripping the nutes out by flushing but in reality you are flushing the liquid nutes you gave her completely out. I have re used my Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil in my second grow and actually my AA2 right now is in OF in her cup but Happy Frog in her container... So she still will have plenty of food to eat even after you flush. I'm just assuming from my experience but it looks as though she will show any time now and you will be feeding her very soon. I'm going to go out on a limb and say you will definitely know what sex it is within the next 7 days for sure. Just my honest opinion... Thanks for the nice comments brother! I'm really JUST getting dialed in with these Himalayan Blue Diesel. Well really the AA I just harvested. They NYLDxPE cross was stunted at 6" because I transplanted her and it didn't go well. I tore up the roots and it was just really rough. I was lucky she turned into what she did! That just goes to show you how hardy these Autos really are. You may get stunted yields but you will get SOMETHING. I got enogh to show me and the wife that she is one of our most favorite strains to date. Not to mention the best smelling and tasting so far. Don't get me wrong the Assassin is BOMB and I will always have it growing too BUT that Pineapple is something very special! I'm going to get some right now! LOL :smoke:

Keep up the good work bro! Sometime soon you should get some other opinions other than mine!

EDIT: I just want to note for clarification... If you re use your soil you should in theory recondition it and sanitize it BUT in a pinch it can be used without doing such as long as you give enough liquid nutes to balance what's missing. You are doing hydro though right? But, I thought I would clear up my statement anyway... Cheers bro!

Yeah it doesn't seem to have spread, but the bits it was appearing on got way yellower, but the newest of the larger leaves don't have any at all, so hoping it stays that way. It's definitely not spreading down the leaves at least.
She has what seems like one, random, weird pistil sticking out one of the nodes along the stem, but that's been there a few days and the tip is definitely still shooting growth still. I think she may be making up for a bit of lost time.
Cool thanks for the clarification on the soil, I figured I would see if it was hungry and she is still going strong. I hope you are right and she starts flowering soon, I don't mind if there are still a couple days of growth first though cos she is still pretty small.
Wow yeah very lucky the NYLDxPE turned out that way, I smoked some of that exact strain a few months ago but grown greenhouse. Was also one of the nicest strains I've smoked in ages, and it also wasn't even cured properly.
I think the lack of interest in this grow may be because of the strain? Everyone is all over the Jems it seems lol, gotta get me some of those. I did just order some new beans, getting Barneys PE, DP Auto Blueberry, Dinafem Fruit, Lowryder 2 and some free NL...although I am hoping to get a good crop from this strain as apparently it has a pretty massive yield. Was a bit of a random choice for my first buy though...

Hey Bud! Yeah so you know all about the PE then! KillaKill86 turned me on to the strain just by following his thread! Watching his grow made me go "Damn! I wanna smoke THAT!" We're smoking some Assassin right now... Decided to let the PE cure more... The AA is no slouch tho! Assassin is some of the best smoke I've ever had as well! It hits you nice and stables off to a great overall stone. You can be all f*cked up and still function with out the wicked couch lock. Although I have to say last night it knocked me OUT LOL had the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. I'm liking the choices you made for next runs. I loved watching Andy Botwin's Dinafem Fruit growing. My wife also wants that DP Auto Blueberry. LR2 seems to be an industry standard and the NL is it a photo or "Super" advertized as an "Auto". Just be aware if it's advertized as anything other than Photo it may not Auto. Had a few buddies grow them out and they didn't auto -- any of them. Just so you know ahead of time.

I don't think there's a lack of interest... Maybe the mods have enough faith in me to help you! They know for sure that I wouldn't be where I'm at right now if it wasn't for their help and guidance. Especially Joe Dirt! I always feel like he's my guardian lol It's not like that here at all on AFN... The excitement over the JEMS is because Mossy is a huge part of our community and such a highly respected member/breeder/grower/person period that we are all rallying behind him because not only does he deserve it but his work is AMAZING and we are all very priviledged indeed to be able to grow it! I still have to pay for mine! If I had the money I would have been growing it already!

Auto Bomb is something I'm very interested in... One thing I can tell you for sure -- we ALL love it when members grow out different strains or new ones that haven't been grown out before. I for one consider it a huge contribution to the whole community because it tells us who has the best reliable strains and who doesn't. Keep up the good work man! Hope to hear you have pistils popping soon! If you think or know you see a pistil then very soon you will see a burst in pistils everywhere! It's so much fun!

Well I never smoked pure PE, so I can't wait to get my seeds going.
Always been interested in Assassin, but haven't seen or read much about it yet. The stone you describe is totally ideal, I don't like couchlock or feeling lazy when I smoke, I need to smoke when I'm working! Yeah my choices are a toss up between price and what I really want and what's in stock lol. We have always struggled to get various international strains in SA, and most of my life we smoked local African bud, which are pretty amazing they're just usually grown terribly. But since I first smoked Blueberry it's always been my favourite, I am a sucker for very fruity, sweet bud, so I think that will be my next grow.

Well you have helped me out loads so far so I guess that must be it! I am also very excited by the Jems, and really want to give them a try. The only problem was I can't find feminised and cos of my lack of space I can't take the risk of getting males. I never knew this about Mossy, and will definitely support him, I got no idea about the workings of the breeders that create the seeds, I only discovered autos when I started growing..so I will be getting some when I set up a space for males, was thinking of a micro grow for breeding, but I don't know enough yet...obviously

So far my Auto-Bomb review won't be too helpful as it's my first plant it's kinda hard to judge based on other peoples pics..some (like yours) at the same age or just older are massive in comparison, and filled with buds...some peoples I've seen though are smaller...so will just wait and see, apparently they are high yielders so hopefully she starts exploding soon. Oh just out of interest my hydro shop does have Myco root solution, of some kind...so I will be getting that in the next few days.

Sneaky little lady has been popping out pistils all day and I only just saw. Still super early stages as it's all only on the stem...but super happy she is flowering! So 29 days in and she has shown sex.
Will update with pics after a bit of bud development.
