Photoperiod 1st Grow, mixed autos and photos by accident

Hi,
I'm fairly new to this site and very new to growing my own. I just have a quick question. I planted all at once in the one very small tent But now the autos are almost ready for harvesting (just two of them). What is the best lighting regime to put them on? They have some trichomes (pic below) at the moment I have them on pretty much 24/7. Is this ok or should they have some darkness? I'll say thanks in advance as I'm still getting used to this forum (which seems to be the best one there is).

I personally love a 24/0 light regime for autos...it naturally limits plant size, and makes nodes stacked very tight resulting in lots of bud with little wasted branch growth.

And I love 19/5, because I can save some electricy.
