Even if clearly stunted, i am hoping they will recover to give me at least 10-15g each on the smaller ones! Fingers crossed.... Karma will help no doubt! :thumbs:

OK, I have taken them out for some pics...taken just as the light went off, so a little droopier than usual.

the PG is not looking very happy at all...i have very low hopes for it, even though it is still growing...just! all yello pretty much, weird [/FONT]

growth is decent, thoguh not super rapid. It is showing some signs of nute burn/overwatering, but on the whole it's doing ok - at least compared to the others! [/FONT]

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]OK, we shall see what happens over the next 10-14 days...in theory I'd like to lst the Somango, the first sites are appearing for lateral growth, but as it's stressed already I might have to leave this for now.

I have also mixed the soil for next grow and watered..it is now going to cook for about 8 weeks, which should avoid all the probs I have had this time round. That, and growing the seedling in some proper seedling mix alone for the first 2 weeks.

I am convinced that is why the Somago is happier than the others - I managed a much better cavity for the seeding soil to be unmixed..in the others it was mixed a little...these autos sure are sensitive to nutes at the beginning...I guess the ruderalis traits would mean that in wildlife the seedling would sit in very poor soils to begin with?

Anywyas - I knew indoors was different...but I NEVER thought, having had so many successful (if not astronomical nothing major apart from pests was a problem!) outdoor grows, that I would have so many problems indoors!!!

I started my newest plant using the tiered method. I filled my pot with regular soil mix then dug out a hole for a 16 oz cup, I cut the bottom out of the cup and put it in the hole dug in the big pot. I filled the cup up with seedling soil (fox farm lite warrior brand) that has nu nute's and mixed in some rooting powder.and then put the seedling in the cup soil and just water lightly with ph 6.5 water, no nute's. has been working good so far. maybe you can try this on your next grow? as for this one try flushing the soil with 3x water too wash out some of the nute's in the soil, hope this help's. here's a picture of the one I did this way.sending grow:karma Cloud: your way

I was definitely pondering a different approach for the germination next time, your method looks really neat! I think I'll be doing something very similar! Just would prefer something other than plastic if I can, but if I cannot come up with anything, I will be more than happy about that! Thanks

I will give flushing the 2 smaller plants a go tomorrow, I think the Somango is doing OKish, it's almost time for a water anyway! It's not like I can stunt them any more anyways! I have only 2 litres out bubbling at the moment, I shall quickly get more out andon the go!

Cheers Lunix, some not so hot but the Mango is looking good! I've got some coming to me in the mail should be here by the end of next week. Not sure if it'll be the next to grow I can't decide which to do next I wish I could have a Field of Dreams, someday..

I know...one thing through research, I have come across orher posts from people with good outdoors experience, but none indoors, having the same problem in getting things dialled in....over-ferting/overwatering is sooooo hard to do outdoors!!

the Somango I have been impressed with...though I think its roots today have hit the "hot stuff", i noticed a little yellowing, but nothing that has me too concerned just yet....with the krippleberry it was the only one i knew i wanted from the beginning! One thing i will say...it seems stronger than the other strains I have, can only be a good thing!

As for the field of dreams....I have new plantations every night!! Lmao
