Got my Makro Lens out.. and took her for a Photoshoot in the morning sun..
she is officially 12 weeks from seeds.. not big compact buds.. but popcorn size buds... i notice some hidden so hopefully by harvest time i'll get a reasonable amount..

she's only on water for these weeks.. and i will monitor the Thrichomes daily, for the right time .. which is Milky right?..

amber = couch lock

news update...
check again with the microscope and i got ... most the head of the trichomes are milky and clear on the stem... ,

i was thinking of giving it... one more watering then harvest on monday ( i heard that if you put them in total darkness before harvest is good , is that true?.. )

this is actually going to be my first planned and proper harvest... so excited..

My little mutant Short Rider last time i put her on the balcony to gain some height, i didnt actually do anything to her... but it seems maybe in the veg process .. she topped herself... so now she has branched side ways.. .. i have put her back to the PC going to change the lights to 24w 2700 cfl's as she started to flower..
do i need to change the time of light?.. now is at 20/4

she's the same age.. only difference is i put her on the Blackstar LED 100w UFO, at first i cant tell the difference, but after i came back from the holidays... 2 weeks... the comparison is visualise .. i just started her on the flowering nuts.. this one not big but nice and compact.. ,
she's on 24hours and only off for a while when i check on her ..is that okey?..

Bubblelicious counting the days for harvest:
i gave her a Second watering with water to flush monday ... and when i get back on wednesday... then full darkness for 2 days?.. planning to harvest by the end of the week..
i have very mixed feelings about this
im excited but also sad, it's like having a pet you grow and look after for a long time, and now you have to cut it down...

Congratz on the soon to be harvest may. It's a very exciting time! as for the total darkness thing. I do see a lot of people doing it, i did it for my first few harvest but the last two i did not being i did not have a total dark place but my tent and it's going to always be in use. Anywhere else i had for dark would smell up the whole house. Could i tell a difference? No but my wife and bro said they did. A bit more tasty they said but they were unsure on if it was more potent.

I have a blue himalaya that did the same think only it has 3 branches like that. Its growing just fine though. As for the lights 20/4 should be just fine all the way as it's auto. I dont think i would change it mid grow. Ran 24/0 on my first one start to finish then 20/4 on the next few grows. Now i run 18/6 as i read it in a post from *stitch* somewhere. He suggested 24/0 for seed run and 18/6 for all else but don't quote me on that. I'll try to fine the post.

i was thinking of zooming in and using printscreen for a magnified picture as well.

seems to work really well.
