It's really a good choice if you don't have a plant count in your state. I also think they might finish a little faster too being in a smaller pot. I would have to double my legal count to pull the 4 I need. Instead I grow 6 less like I do now.

Or do like I am. Just do a section of SOG. Not your whole garden. Grow your large strains as normal.

Plant 1 dried and weighed an impressive 66g in 1/2 gal pot start to finish under 110watts only! Plants 2&3 will be weighed tomorrow. One is slightly larger and one is clearly smaller. Will share final weights, but my guess is about 175g total dried for 3 plants in 1/2gal pots under 110 watts of cobs.

Huuuuuggeee fan of white crack! I have about 5 of em left and its soo hard to hold on to em.. That and Beary White have been my favorites so far.. And what I've learned about roots on autos so far is that they actually do have something to do with triggering the flowering process. Roots seem to know when they can no longer grown outward. I think that once they start to over lap each other, they go into flower. Smaller pots finish quicker. Bigger pots take longer. That is fact!! Root tips are like human brains! Amazing little suckers!

Interesting. I had heard bigger pots made bigger plants but never thought about the size of the pot and the length of flower.

Read this whole thing but may have missed it or forgot- did you use just water or nutrients mixed in?
Very good job by the way. I like this smaller pot idea to fit more strains in one tent, will have to try!

Wow! First off that baby you showed looks like a monster. You have such a small area but yet were still able to pull a decent amount.

If you got 175g then that would be 1.59gpw. Thats phenominal in the small area that you have. Do you have the final results? These cobs are starting to blow my mind.
