Double plant scrog reservoir change.

Ok, here is a step by step of how I do a reservoir change on my scrog setup.




Step 1. Drain the reservoir



Step 2. disconnect air lines and remove the supporting shelf.



Step 3. Lower and remove the reservoir



Step 4. Lift fresh res into position and slide shelf in under it.



Step 5. Refill the reservoir with nutrients.



The plants are now on a feed as follows.
2ml/ltr cal/Mag

Genesis nutes
2ml/ltr Grow
2ml/ltr Micro
1ml/ltr Bloom

2ml/ltr Cannazym

This set up looks awesome bro, loving the 50L tank - would also be interesting to see if one TD could fill the 50L with its roots, that root "ball" is intense! Keep up the good work

Thanks Tony we shall see. The plant on the left looks a lot darker green and further along with regards to the bud site density and development. The right hand side plant a stretchier. It is a shame I was late getting the scrog screen in place as I have limited my tucking space in the middle area between the two,
Hope it goes big. Am trying to find a happy balance of nutes for the two. So far it seems quite stable with a ppm of about 1400

thanks Pal23. I am unsure weather or not to try and fill the reservoir much more. I have read that soaking the net pots in the nutrient solution can lead to problems. What's your thoughts on that? I have increased the total volume from 21ltr up to about 24. That would give the same room per plant as my last grow. It was a 20ltr pot filled with no more than 12ltr of solution at a time. yeild was 12.5oz

Only just seen this message - Can't really comment on the reservoir level as I've never attempted hydro! Will be using DWC for my next grow though
