Thanks Tina I'm thinking that 144x3 is going to be the best bet for me and will also make good suplimental lighting in the winter time when I grow in my tent

The 144x3w light would work great. If you are considering the old model you might consider getting two old model 300ws. It might give you more flexibility as far as arranging your grow room. I have two of them and I think they are great.

Id pick 2 lights over 1. You can also get 2 of the old model 300w and cover more than your area.
