Lighting 250watt Cfl for veg going great for me

Hey everyone i started using a 250 watt red spectrum cfl last week and decided to use it for vegging my plant, yes i realise it causes stretch and potentially lowers the final yield, does anyone else have any idea on this any input would be great guys,

Just to confirm .. you'll be fine, although it's probably better to start blue and then go red.
