Hi fellow budders of the finest flowers,

I have last week split 30 seeds of the ripleys og, I decided due to so many low yielding numbers with all my messing around of technics to go back to basics and use soil,

I am using 20 litre poly pots with plagron light mix, rhitzotonic in my otherwise plain water for now, then will start to use GH grow an bloom, in fact I am following tangs feeding formula,

The split seedlings went straight into their finishing pots on the 1st of February , there are 9 girls under each 600w light in a 2x2 meter tent, with one meter left for space and fan etc, so 3x 600w ,
Although currently I have only one 600w dimmed down to 400w and a 300w plasma warming them up.

I would love to get any advice here along the way from anyone familiar with the strain, I have never ever managed to get 1 GPW and would be very happy if I could achieve that , I hope to get 2 oz per plant

The lights are o 24/7 currently , I wonder when I should zap it up to full power and hit the 1800 w plus the 300w plasma for extra punch? I trying to keep the electric bill down as much as possible.

Pictures to follow when I can get my snapper in there . Cheers girls and guys

Day 7
Good to see some interest, hoping this is going to be a good run

I have just hit the other 2 lights but just on the 400w setting, as from tomorrow they will be on 20/4 to see how cold it gets without the lights,, i may have to go back to 24/7 if it gets to cold i have no heating in there and its in a out building,

theres a few lavender in there if your wondering what they are :) gotta keep the misses happy, also got some photo lemon skunk seeds just split in the little pots

Never seen a plasma on a grow, are they good?

They low on power consumption which was my reasoning to buy it, had it a couple of years plus now , I have had a forest in a 1.2m tent after leaving it for a month on veg while I was away , the seedlings on the hps side are actually turning toward the plasma rather then straight up! So yes I guess they are good but cost far to much to warrant me recommending them!

I am wanting to go led and reakon the plasma mixed with led would be the dogs gonads,, but money a issue for me and I am not at all sure which LEDs to go for yet,
Mars here gave me a price for 6 of there lights but I am not sure I would get better results and the wattage worked out pretty much the same as I am running now

I use a couple of Mars's myself, would love a grow northern though, only use 75watts at the wall (thers some graet journals on here) but the output is superb. Value for money i dont think you can beat mars. i have had some lovely buds from mine. Very interested in seeing your plasma in action, really good spectrum aswell I believe.
