They do have distribution drippers if you wanted to surround the pot more . But even just dripping in one spot it's been enough just using the 1 carrot per pot for the auto ultimate.The only thing I question about this feeding system is that it drips in the same spot instead of having something like this. It seems to be a proven system, but I'm just wondering if this would work better.
Good deal, man. I'm reading more on the autopot system, but as of yet, I'm still not 100% on anything until I get my technique down and master using smart pots.
I really like my smartpots man. I'm thinking for me the blumats and coco with the airpots then I'll be able to get DWC like results . Keep a very moist oxygen and microbe rich root zone...I just can't decide between which beans to use...

And so far I will have to say.. the blumats are working like a dream so far. I just have a bubbling res for each batch of plants I start at the same time and they drink as much as they want while the soil maintains moisture. For larger pots I'll add distribution drippers to wet the surface more evenly for the sake of root development. But I will say that just one carrot is able to keep all these small plants looking super healthy and the large auto ultimates are packing on some serious beef now and I know they are drinking enough. No more over feeding or run off for this guy.
