Lighting 39V 2.1A COBs good/cheapish drivers?

I have given up on passive heatsinks in the uk so i just used a 40cm piece of aluminum heatsink with 4 clu-48-1212s 4 bjb holders a 120mm fan and a hlg 185h-1400b driver with a potentiometer so i can dim the light from 200w to 20w.this thing is bright, even when people like @BigSm0 say you will be shocked when you turn them on,its an understatement sooooooooooo much light hahahaha

I like this quite a bit but may I make a suggestion for improving your design?!

It would be beneficial to cover the top fins with a thin piece of alu plating and flip the fan around (and if you got one; use a static pressure type fan)

You mean suck the air from the heatsink instead of blowing across it ?

these heatsinks run at this power level just don't need the extra hardware, it barely needs the fan! Keep it simple!
