Hey y'all, I'm make this quick. Got my first LED light, platinum series p300 to add to my 400w MH /HPS, 5 gallon bucket, AN Sensi, Voodoo juice, Sensizym, tap water 7.0 ph, lights on 20hrs off 4hrs. Will be LST or making a ScrOG net. She's going into her 3rd wk this weekend. Will be posting pics asap. Peace.

You are going to like the LED.
PB. I have no experience with any lighting other than CFL's and now a MarsHydro 96x3 reflector series LED. You will like the LED though.I am only 1/2 way through my first grow with the LED and already know that I will be getting more. I have seen other grows where they use the LED as the main overhead light and now use the MH for side lighting. But as I said, i have no personal experience with MH. I do use my CFL's as side lighting now but the plants are truly thriving under the LED. You are aware that there is a need for more CaMg with LED's. Again no experience with DWC but I believe from what I have read that this holds true there as well. But someone else will be along and fill in the holes. Good Luck

Yup the led will give you some dense nugs and help bring out the rez ..just keep your temps good and you are good to go.
I kinda figured i need some CalMag. Thanks for the tip..
PB, I, like you are doing a lot of "new for me things" as far as growing is concerned. I am growing in a mixed media soil, I am growing under an LED, I am using organic fertilizers. I have read as many grow journals as I could easily digest, paying attention to watering and feeding schedules, or in your case reservoir changes and additions. I have made notes concerning light heights/distances. I have closely followed every mention of additive or action in the case of plant deficiencies. This is a great help and you will learn much that you haven't thought of. For instance, if you want to some fantastic info on DWC grow, go read Grey Bear's grow threads, if it's LED growing, you have to go read some of TaNgs grows. Those two guys grow journals will teach you much if you just read through them. There are plenty of other talented growers here as well that can teach us whatever we want to learn
Here's the updated pics of my lady. Just started LST on her. She's a foot tall currently, about 2 feet wide. Just starting to give off a little smell too, if disturbed. I've been having to change the water and nutrients every 2-3 days now (for the past week). I up the dose a little every change. Ill have to get back with yall for exact amounts.
