How a programmer can start his new diary??

This is not my first grow but there is some things that is not very clear in my mind.
I'm sure that here i can have a lot of suggestions and clarifications.

The project:
grow 2 NL Automatic from SS White Label in LST style... and harvest a lot of weed!!

grow room: 60x60x180cm
light: cooltube - 250W MH - 250W AGRO
light cycle: 20/4
pot: 12.5lt airpot
soil: look at that POST
digital ph tester
nutes: biobizz bio-grow & bio-bloom
ph correction: Canna ph- grow & Canna ph- bloom

I want to star my seeds in the final pot but i'm not sure about the soil so i think that it's better start the seeds in the jiffy plug.
I had check the roots of the last plants that i grow and seems that the... (how can i call it...) ... the 'net' around the jiffy block the big roots of the plants so i think that i'll try to take it away.
I'll put the jiffy in the final pot with some perlite around it...

I will grow the plants in LST so i don't put the seeds in the center of the pot otherwise i lose space when i start to put down the plant.

i saw in some forum a very good idea that i want try to copy.
the guy in the forum put 2 bamboo canes on the pot in this way he can adjust the plant more easily.

So i'm back with some news... AFN we have a lift-off "pher Wiggle"

but i think it's better start from the beginning...

Last week i go to take the soil and the first impression about it was good (even if it's just MY impression...)

then i filled the pots, made the hole, put the perlite and the jiffy without the... net and watered with water ph 6.5

Friday i put the 2 seeds in ro water for 16 hours (my idea was 12h but i was late...) and then in the final destination.

Yesterday they sprout! "pher Wiggle":dance2:

(the easyest part of the growing was gone!!!)

i have covered all the perlite around the jiffy with some new soil. just a little bit on the surface because i think that otherwise the perlite can be too dry for the roots. in that way i hope that ther will be enought humidity for the roots.
and i also put on the seedlings a big plastic cup for increase humidity.
the cup was just put on the soil without any pression so can circulate some air.


tomorrow i'll made a hole with a sigaret in the top of the cup for increase air circulation.

now the problem it's to not overwater the plants in the first week with this big pot. i will do my best!!!

i will let them grow for the first days with the 250W AGRO at about 50cm (i have to pick up another plant) then i change to 250W MH.

my idea is to let them grow for 3 weeks before start with the LST.

but now it's very late. just last spliff (dp automazar :smoke then i go to sleep.

CORRECTIONS aka ERRATA CORRIGE
i said in the previous post that i will start with the LST afther week 3 but i made a mistake. I will start the LST very early, i think at the 2nd or 3rd set of leaf.

i've just regulated the heater because in the grow room ther was in the last 24h, 17.5°-29°C and 45-65% humidity.
i move the lamp at about 35cm over the plants.

now, first question.
i have in the room 1 palnt in the late flowering, and at the moment i'm using the AGRO light. my question is, it's better keep the AGRO for another week or 10 days or it's better change with the MH lamp?
sure the MH it's better for the seedling but what about the plant in late flowering?
i think that put on the MH lamp it's the best solution...
sorry but till now i never grow together plants with differents age in the same grow room. (only with auto u can do this!!!)

Hello Word!

So we are at day 10.
everything seems to be quite ok... now the max temp is 17.8-26.9°C and UR 45-65%

I put the sunglasses on my iphone so the color in the picture is not the real color.



even if the plants have some spot on the first leaf




this plant is more vigorous than the other one and it have only some spot only on one leaf while the other plant seems to be a little bit slower and one leaf is not "regular".
ok it's 2 seeds so it can be a genetic problem but i think that the explanation can be that the healty plant have more perlite around the jiffy than the other.
while the healty plant have an hole that is deep the double of the jiffy the other is just one and a half of the jiffy.
it's possible that the roots have reached the soil too early...

'cause seems to be overferting...
till now i used only 6.5ph water

please can someone tell me that it's right what i think about the overfert...

The plants seems to be ok.
I have problem only with the UR... today was 35%... tomorrow i'll try to increase it.
Last watering was 5 days ago but i think that they don't need water for at least the next two days.

Oh!!! I like it!!!!
So this time when the plants become longher than the pot i know wher i can tie the stem!

Hi guys!

picture of yesterday, day 20.


no problem till now. even if you can see the different size of the plants, due to a different quantity of perlite around the jiffy (i think!)
watered 3 days ago after 8 days with bubbled 6.5ph water.
the leaf have a dark green color so at the moment no nutes for another week.

on day 25 i give to the plants 3lt of water (1.5lt each one) with in total 1ml biogrow and 1.5ml algatronic.
the small one that after the last watering was blocked, now it start to grow again.

question:
the biggest plant show the top of the new leaf with a white/yellow colour


is it normal or it's the first sign that the plant need some food??
