Grow Room 60 Day Lemon - 60w Cob Micro Grow :)

Moving along nicely, @Haziikush9 !

Many thanks Maria.. Yeah no grumbles so far.. I gotta admit this part of the grow phase isn't my most exciting bit, I do love it when after the 3rd week or 4th week the ol' bud sites start developing, that's when I start getting more excited and anxious about the finish!

Hahah.. I'm so impatient.. but every grow is a learning curve it seems, so I guess it's all worth it in the end :smokeit:

Day 18

Big plant looking good starting to take off, but smaller one showing no further signs of growth now for around 4-5 days...

Hi. Plants are looking good. I am growing in roughly the same space and I have 3 +speed in 3.8 ltr pots and there's enough room. I have lst mine and it's worked great. I noticed your humidity and just wanted to advise that if your in the 60s as a seedling your going to have huge humidity problems come bloom probly 80%. These will help a lot search ebay for pro breeze rechargeable humidifiers. Just got 2 myself because I know I will need them late flower and I'm only at 40% at the min 2nd week in flower. %60 at your stage is perfect tho.

Thanks for the heads up Autopower420 : ), I will check those out on eBay.

Update: 21 days, 20/4 light cycle

In the meantime... the little plants have now reached their 3rd week, and the smaller of the two plants just appears like it's been completely rinsed of its energy and power by the light being way too close .. and it appears to have just stopped any sign of growth now for several days.. so not quite sure what to do with this one at the moment, should I get rid? i.e. destroy this plant? and put it down to bad luck...?

or should I let it go a bit longer maybe? and see if anything changes.. I could do with the tent space, and might just chuck it outside somewhere..

The larger plant in bigger 2 gallon cloth pot seems to be really coming along now, so it's been like 3 weeks now since sprouting, and I have also decided to raise the lights slightly a few inches, and this seems to have enabled a slight stretch upwards towards the light in the larger plant, as well as nodes getting longer ..at least I think it's down to that? perhaps it could also just be this phase of the growth period, who knows, but so far so good.

They are planted in Plagron Bat Mix Soil, so I'm presuming I won't need any nutes for a couple more weeks?

Looking good.
I think the smaller plant may have a pH lockout issue,
or maybe just used all the nutrients in the medium already.
Have you done a pH check?
How big is the small pot? 1/2 or 1/4 gallon?
Should be enough nutes for 3 weeks,
and then most likely defs would be N and Ca/Mg.
You could fit a bigger pot in there.
Maybe check pH, and consider transplanting up?

Hi Maria,

Thanks for your reply, yeah I'v done a PH check this morning, and added in some Plant Magic Magne Cal+, and a very small dose of BioBizz Grow & Bloom nutes, as it's now been 3 weeks in just soil and water.

PH levels around 6.3 - 6.5 when tested, I calibrated my meter, so should be accurate.

The pot size for the smaller one is less than 1 litre, so yes, that could explain things.. I have noticed some very minor growth this morning in the smaller plant, the top shoots appear to have grown upwards slightly.. I'm out of soil, so need to order a bit more off eBay.. I'll keep an eye on things more closely now, especially with checking PH levels.

60 Day lemon (auto) - Update: 24 days, 20/4 light cycle, Plagron BatMix Soil
Monday 4th June:

All going well, larger plant is beginning to spring into action ..

I've done some minor LST, by doing some leaf tucking, and adding a small bamboo pole against the main stem, as it was not completely straight and was bending to one side, this simple fix seems to have resolved the issue. :peace:
