Purpose of topping it to create more main colas. If u use a screen this negates any topping because the screen basically creates a cola in every square.

I would not advise you to top. Put it this way, for every branch, tip, node or whatever you cut is thrown away. So what u do throw in the trash is just wasted energy i.e. Time electricity nutes ect.

Is it possible to fill a 120x120cm screen with just 1 topping per plant ?
 
i doubt it autos by nature lend them selves to a sog so ill be running 9 in your space the breeder has told me over 16-25 with some strains
 
They'r not auto's they are feminized seeds. I have 2 auto's in the tent too but when i change the light cycle to 12/12 they'l go outdoor.
 
in that case yes but lst will be better
