I grow personal and found that you can never have enough. im doin both out in in got my photo seedling getting larger for outside while my auto's will keep me in the smoke. flower and veg in one light cycle's is the greatest thing since sliced bread.
I hear that, we had snow on the ground till last weekend. Im in Northern Ontario, Canada and we have only 4 1/2 months of growin round here. So I grow mainly indica's that flower fast but still give my a good yield. I would have to plant a lot of autos to get the same weight. Im gonna try Auto Anubis- Pyramid seeds in the garden this year to find if it would be better to put all my efforts into them and ditch the photo. They seem promising in my box but have only grown out 5 different autos so I dont really have it dialed in yet. Well see good luck my friend.
Done some alterations to the inside of it. I replaced the small airflow fan with a larger 120mm one and doubled up the 80mm extraction fan (doesn't make more airflow but gives it more pushing power).
I am still messing about with the final positions ect... But this new configuration of fans gives me a constant temp of 29 degrees 1" away from the hps and a constant temp of 21 degrees at the bottom of the case. I'm going to run it for a couple more days and keep checking the temps. If they are still stable then I will tape all the wires back in and should be good to go.

what gauge wire did you have to use for the ballast and bulb?
