Lighting 75w HPS vs 105CFL Bud Density

I was running a 75w HPS in a 2x2x 4tall space 16cubic feet total with an exhaust fan of 80cfm.
I had an issue with the temperature which stayed at 30-35c / 85-100f.
Now I replaced it with a 105cfl which keeps the place at 18-23c/ 60-75f with the same lumen on paper.
But I feel like the plant would do better with the intensity of the hps, its so bright I couldn't even look at it for longer than 2 seconds. Will the cfl affect the yield compared to if they finished with the hps?

Maybe try multiple smaller cfl instead of one larger one to increase coverage. That should help a lot but as far as the difference I'm not an expert on comparisons.

I would of bought a bigger fan , then i'd find a way to cram that cfl in there with the hps.
