I would imagine mate yeah, I'm like you, never get above 30-35% and have never had any issues, but 70% humidity in any enclosed space is risking it I would say. Saying that, I'm of the thinking that high humidity is actually better than low, it's easier to take water out of the air than add it IMHO. I've often considered a mini humidifier in the tent but I never got round to it and don't see any adverse effects of low % up to yet.
70% is unacceptable bad. That is definitely a recipe for mold. 50% would be a lot better for your girls, especially in mid to late flower.
I see you said that's the RH and temp it runs at with lights and extraction on, do you turn the extraction off? If so, don't! Extraction always stays on, turning it off and having 70% RH means you will get mold.
I live in a maritime environment and it gets humid here in the winter. I had to put a dehumidifier in the room my grow tent is in, but it really saved my ass. Highly advise.
