Hi new to growing , started two auto flowers outdoors … 8 weeks ago
One of the plants is literally ready to flush from what I can see ! Picture one

the other one same age is no where near ready like only just getting buds any idea maybe they have been fed the same

Please don't flush that plant. She's not ready yet and need her nutrients to make buds. To be sure you'd have to check the trichomes with a loupe or usb microscope.
The second plant is indeed far from ready yet. I'd say four to six weeks to go...

Even the first plant I thought about two weeks off ,, when is the best time to flush then if there 8 weeks old
Okay will have a look into one mate
