Lighting A cob for everyone.

Congratulations on your meteoric rise, when you have a product that actually does what it is supposed to, they sell themselves.
Congratulations on the new (expnaded) grow room, looks like you may get busier then normal come harvest time.

I think from all my my research that you sir provide the best design and prices for cobs. That being said I'm really hoping to switch to your cobs as soon as possible. I'm curious about ?000k part, I'm wanting at least 3 I believe to cover my whole 2'x4'x5' tent, so I would like them to be able to use from start to finish, will be autos only always, which 3 and ?000k do you recommend and can these be dimmable or is that not needed with the right ?000k value? Do I need reflectors, will be running 3 Everytime. Thanks again.and I'm stoked about your possible give away that is really cool.

The give away rocks....but I understand you cant give a freebie to everybody.....

Maybe you could consider a "super special" price for the existing purchasers of your product as some sort of loyalty reward :rolleyes1: ...I'd be in that no worries :jump:

Do I need reflectors
We are still learning what the various strains can and can't do with autocobs. I am testing two White Widow plants, one with reflector, one without. The reflector light has grown faster, in veg, and now while flowering. Still early going though.

What a good way to end the day. Reading all these wonderful replies. The new space is amazing. Just wrapped up my first light and it was a dream. Plenty of space and super organized. Time to get going on some new ideas I have.

Excellent, the 3500k cobs are a full spectrum cob with a well balanced veg and flower spectrum. The higher the number the more blue and more for veg and the lower the number the more red and more for flower. If you are in one space and plan to grow in there the whole time I’d suggest staying with the 3500k’s. Some people are supplimenting the 3500’s with either the 3000k and 6500k to aid in veg or flower.

Reflectors do increase the ppfd-light at the canopy quite a bit. I personally don’t use them but others have had success. My thought is there is a lot of light already coming from the cobs. Focusing it and increasing intensity can be to much..
