Want to do a few experiments this year. What is the thinnest mil plastic that should be used for makeshift greenhouse? If I use the thickest, would it cut down the light? What would be the smallest container to use with HP Promix?

Thanks!!

You can get .5 mil, the sun will not be degraded by the clear plastic, its the sun not an hps/mh lamp. the container size would be relative to your expectations on size of plant and yeild, unless you're going for a small container to keep a smaller less conspicuous plant. I always say at least 3 gallon/12 liter pots, I use 7 gallons and up.
