New Grower a little help needed

Hi folks,I'm just gathering together my gear for my first grow and need help with what lights are needed for seeding in pots..I will be using a 1.2mx1.2mx2m tent with a 600w sunblaster so also need advice on when to start using that light...thanks in advance....ps any other tips would be very welcome......I should also mention that I am starting with white widow and easy kush as I've read that these are quite forgiving with us new starts....

Unless you have T5 Fluorescent or something else I would just use the 600 all the way through. At the beginning you want to keep it far away and then bring it down as they get past seedling stage.

I take it the sunblaster is LED.You can use it right away but start at 30 inches at first and move a little closer when they get about two or three weeks old.

Hello again...the sunblaster is 600w hps and I'm just a little worried as I've read
it could just burn my ladies in their first few weeks...I think I'm reading too much
and it's all starting to confuse me a little....thanks for the info and no doubt I'll be on

:smokebuds:as the above say put it to the top of tent, all be OK,work the light down slow as girl grow good luck i pop in when im a round

Hey sean... Start at 30" from the soil then let the plant grow into the light until it's 18" from the light, maintain that height through the stretch. once the stretch stops you should be able to drop the light a couple of inches to 16"
