Today in Cologne Germany 3 Medical Cannabis users got their Right to Grow their Medicine Legal at home!!!!
A Good Friend of mine also was on Court but from 5 Patients only 3 Got the Permission so far. A small Step from the Judge but a Big Step for the German Medical Users. Here is a German News Article bout that if i find something in English i wil post it over here.

I thought 4 or 5 years until Europe follows the US but could this be the start of a snowball effect?

Although the UK will probably still take longer, we tried to stop hardcore porn being available anywhere for many, many years until the interwebz made us look ridiculous!

I wouldnt be that Happy about it as there is still alot of regulations and they decided the same once before a Court but then the Bundesministerium for Health came and stopped all that(kinda like the feds in the us lol) but fact is Germany has already 300 Patients which can buy canna(Bedrocan/Sativex Ect) but its too epensive and not doable if u cant work cause you are ill. I think it will be another 2-5 Years till things movin up.
