Indoor About to start grow really dont want to mess up

I just got in 3 auto mazar seeds.
They will be in my 2'7x4'11x6'7 tent with a 4 foot 4 bulb light setup with a oscilating fan on from the beggining. Im still not sure if im going to soak them for 24 hours or just put them in the moist medium in their 5 gallon smart pots. Il be using roots organic soil from the 3 bagg seeds im growing right now. theyve only been using that soil for like 2 weeks.
Im going to place the seeds a querter inch deep.
Im going to moist the pots up with about half a water bottle each. My t5 setup will be right over the seeds so it should should keep them warm. And ill be using the fan because it gets pretty hot withought one. And with wattering im guessing i wont have to water for at least five days because of the pot size. Im going to start this soon so any important tips or info would be good. Do you think the seeds will all be okay ? The temps is 77 with ussually under 30 humidity, is that bad?

77 degrees is about perfect for germination. I soak my seeds before planting but I don't think it matters that much. Just plant them in moist soil. Don't let it dry out until the germination process is over. Temperature and moisture are the primary issues to concern yourself with during the germination process.

THanks for tha advice, but do you think i should put a plasctic bag around the pots?

You mean around the top of the pots like a humidity dome? No, that isn't necessary. As long as you keep the soil moist around the seedling they should be fine.
