lets start by:Sharing One:Ok a few weeks ago i had a auto chemdog go hermie on me right when it started to flower, i removed it but if i knew at the time that chemdog was hermie prone i might have left it alone, so i removed it and a couple days later i noticed on my flowering Blue Diesel either swollen calyexs or "balls" i thought it was balls so i pulled them off and they never came back so i didnt worry, well when i harvested my Blue diesel i noticed more swelling on only some of the brancheds maybe 2-3 of the 11 stalks so i knew there where seeds in there. well today I was going thru my popcorn nugs of my blue diesel and started to find seeds, maybe like 20 or so well only 7 seeds passed the "squeeze test" so i know if i grow them they should be mature enough. my question is what the are theses seeds then?
Auto Blue Diesel x Auto Chemdog? and if so that may mean alot of these seeds could be hemie but if chemdog is hermie prone does that mean their could be one or two good female crosses out of the 7 or the other seeds i find once the rest of my buds are done curing?(sorry for the run on question) another :Sharing One:

I know it was a pollination because my WipeoutEx mostly and on a few candy kush i noticed the white hairs turn orange and its not time for that to happen yet which i read is a sign of pollination. the only plant i can think of is my chemdog left traces of pollen once i cut it down so is it safe to say that all the seeds i get off my blue diesel, wipeout express, and candy kush are all chemdog crosses.:dunno:

Bud I would not even worry about what they are toss them in the trash and don't even funk with week genetics i.e hermies.... It's not even worth the time it would take to possibly remove the gene, just to see it come back it 5,10 15 generations later..But do as you will, don't want to sound like a know it all.

If its bad genes i dont want to waste time with them, ill keep them for now who know for how long but kind of bumbed that thier not what im looking for.:Bad Luck: owell to me its just a learning experience now i know to make sure nothing goes hermie and lives to tell about it.lol :howdy:

it sounds like a promising cross , other then being hermie pollen used , the offspring could be fantastic , however the chance for hermies is high and i for one cringe at the thought of seeded bud

peace

So question, i can grow them for personal use and possibly get good bud if i can find a nice female out the bunch, but if i plan on breeding them that would be a bad idea right?

Yep.

This is one thing i forgot to add my chemdog started off female no male parts wat so ever and from my reading hermies show male and female sign from the time they show sex, so does that mean some how I stressed my chemdog into doing herie on me and if so is that a good thing?:Sharing One:
