Has anyone ever added concentrated extract like vannila, almond, cherry, etc to your water the last two weeks or so to give it a little flavor and smell.?:D

Ive tried this product once and it worked really well. From what Ive found so far is many seem to use food grade additives such as cherry and blueberry.I just watch my numbers and Ive had no issues with the Cherry and Blueberry additives.Ive not tried anything else yet.i tried Lemon juice once and that crashed and burned man.I killed my PH n i didnt have a meter at the time.LOL!Hope this helps a little bit bro.:smokeit:

No, but great idea!

I have thought about smoke-curing a few buds to see what it would be like. As in putting bud in my BBQ smoker on the lowest heat with some sort of wood chip. I am not into fruiting smells or flavors but love most wood smoke smells and flavors.

I'll be looking into that final flush if I ever get some weak smelling stuff lol anything I wouldn't want to change the taste or smell of certain strains :)

I tried with vanilla in one and orange in another. Neither seemed to take it up. I didn't remark any difference.

Mostly the flavored ones are used to only enhance ,say a blueberry strain.but just a plain ole flush product(s) tend to work really well and wont lend to a flavor change IMO. I agree that Id not wanna use them to change or twist a flavor of a strain that i wanted to mess with.I've been looking for a cherry strain of sorts to enhance the flavor of.I think that would be a ton of fun.cherry on cherry, mmmmmm.I used this blueberry on one of my first grows to help with flushing since its all I had.i worked but it wierded it out on me alittle.Smelled slight of blueberry and skunk, with heavy Diesel tones too.wierd.blueberyyskunkfuel.LMAO!:peace:

ive thought about blending up some fresh raspberries and black berries and mixing them into the final few weeks of watering but i was thing more of a natural sugar boost but i never seem to pick enough to have any extra to try it

I've read on this before in the past not sure if it was in one of my books are jus an old artricle but it has been done in the past and it's very successful, I'm pretty sure it wasn't in Jorge Cervantes books, but I would jus go with one of boticares sweet additives, it was tricky bc I ran it with pure blend pro all organic so that made it harder to handle but it def works and adds flavor. Them sweet bottles are the only nutes I have ever smelt (I smell all my nutes before adding every single time) that smelt like heaven and wanted to drink for myself. Botonicare sweet additives will def do the flavor trick.

Ive thought that very thing brother Long gunner.Ever given much thought as to how much you'd need to either enhance a flavor or add to the brix levels in that way?
