Advice Appreciated on lighting
Yes, I had the idea that there were many pros and cons with what ever light system is used. Maybe not definitive as much as being a personal preference. I have been a little skeptical with the multi spectrum bulbs, but I suppose, that the multi's are for Auto's anyway yea? But that maybe relevant to giving growers an easy option.
Has anyone experimented with Color perspex or colored film to intensify the red or blue spectrum's? LED units have a mix of blue and red, so maybe a piece of colored perspex hanging beneath the grow light may make a big difference. A bright white/blue M/H with a bit of red thrown in may be the way to go. when the buds get really going, introducing a heavy red spectrum may be just the ticket???
