Lighting Advice on light set up

What's good everyone quick question Im thinking of using t5s with a 250w hps , is this ideal or should i be using a 400w instead? Or is there any other combinations of lightning that work better and are not too much of a drain on power

What is too much, how many W max?
400W is definitely better than 250W, higher intensity and needs a bit more space. If your space is small, try the 250W hps/t5 combo.
