Grow Mediums Aeropnic watering schedule for seedlings?

Have not done aeroponic in awhile. Starting some expensive seedlings, and do not want to screw up. Think I used to use 1 minute on, every 7 minutes. Does that sound right.

Seedlings were started in rockwool, transfered to 3.5 inch netpots, with hydroton.

I just cut back to once an hour for a minute.

Have drowned seeds I obsess about, a few times.

When I grow seeds I made, from CS, I get great results, since I do not care.

At $20.00 a seed and a bunch of bad ones, I get stressed out.
