:smoke:Dammit Elvis, that Po' Boy made me go make a half-a corned beef sammy! :roflcry: ... that's the before pic of the ribs, BTW! :WTF: I know, the rub had paprika and pasilla chili pepp' in it, which gives it the cooked' already darkness to it,... that mustard baste before smoking is the best tip I've had to date! A whole new layer of flavor emerges,...married beautifully with the rub!

TaNg, that's a delish' looking plate my friend... eggs and chips!! :drool:... been known to make fries and scrambled w/ chopped bacon at any time,... :munchies:... what's in the Chana masala cake?

I lived in New Zealand for 20 years and this was my favorite type of food , It is a Maori hangi , we used to make little 4 people ones right up to 100 people [ have been to bigger ] , any type of meat and veg would go in as well as wild game , very much a social gathering ,

That look's pretty good Elvis. Now replace the bisque with a seafood gumbo with no oysters and take the pickles off the sandwich an you've got a meal fit for a king. lol

Here Guys I cooked this last night!!
Black-end Yellow fin Tuna fresh never frozen!! sushi grade tuna!!!! $15.99 a lb! Not to bad!!!! so worth it!!!
you need
sea salt
lemon juice
lime juice
ole bay
1 tablespoon oil.. get it real hot!!!! I cook for 90 seconds on each side and serve.. I like my Tuna very raw!! this time I cooked it just a bit to long..
