Ak48 photo seedlings burned and wounded

Had a mishap with little plants they are actually over a month old I got so discouraged.
All that time
Mistakes were made my 20 gallon no till had some hot compost in it.
The roots were burned up started with 4 plants then finally down to these two .
I put them in a hempy bucket . Does this seem like a good thing that you would do.
Using organic roots accelerator , Liquid Karma and cns 17 botanicare. Been spraying the leaves s someone suggested and watering straight down the stem a couple times a day. Can the one with no leaves come back ? I figured at this point I can use it as a mother plant and never transplant the poor things again . Can the plant actually be permantly stunted from this I guess could be the tiniest Bonsai. The

This is the guys frying in the smart pot should have took them out earlier but I thought it was transplant shock.

They look in pretty bad shape.If these are autos I would toss them,but if there photos you could put the in some non hot new soil and see what happens.
