Harvest & Curing All Is Milky,how many days to cut?

Hi guys,very Quick question.She Is day 61,a Rqs green gelato.I took a look at trichos and even on the lower branches She Is very Milky,with some clear in the lowest parts.Should let It go through the last week or cut before I see many ambers?
How many days would you keep her?
She Is putting new pistils every day :/ and I think It Is foxtailing

All depends on the “feel” you are looking for. If you want a more sativa, racy feel you could chop anytime. If you want more balanced feel, let it amber a little. More couchlock, 10-15% amber or more.

Never tried a sativa feel yet.
I only had couchlook type of Stone.
So basically,She Is mature,but I don't want to waste her.Maybe day 70 Is okay with the Amber ratio going up a bit

It s at the base of the plant,It Is a weird trait of this genetic as the older plant developed as well two Little branches.I could harvest those
