So I have a couple plants that are near or at the end. Most trichomes are cloudy but very few if any Amber/dark colored trichomes ? Do all plants eventually darken up, or are some just not predisposed to do that?
Also I have two other plants that are the same strain, planted at the same time. Both have cloudy trichomes, but one has a good amount of amber/ burnt orange colored "hairs" while the other doesn't have a single one both the exact same age? Thanks all.

Yep, some will not amber up.

As to the other 2, plant similarity... first your dealing with sisters, not clones, so it depends on how far the breeder worked the line to stabilize it. More times they bred it, the more stable it becomes.... seems most work on creating a new cross, instead of locking other projects traits down.

Yeah, I thought about all the pheno issues. But these have been in their line up for some time. Ministry of Cannabis Blueberry Domina. I would think they should be stable, but who knows right? Thanks

Most of the time they will go back to the original parents for seed stock. So every season they re-run the parents for new seeds, usually still F1. Several breeders will put the generation in their info.

Here's a look at the two that I think are done.
