Harvest & Curing Amber Trichs

I'm sooo close to harvesting my Berry Ryder but I'm using a combination of watching the leaves yellow and using my pocket 'scope. I have heard that some strains don't get amber trichs and I'm wondering if that's the case here. I'm using cfls in a grow box and it's been more than 12 weeks from seed. Any experts want to guide a noob?

At 12 weeks I would expect them to be about finished, but yes, throw up some pictures of the whole plant, taken in natural light, so we can see for ourselves and make a better judgment.

I'm not a great photographer and I have a mediocre camers but here you go.

I should have harvested when I took those pics. I chopped the main cola and during the trimming what I thought were dead leaves was the dreaded mold taking it's toll. About 1/2 the Xmas tree was infected. We've been getting alot of rain so I guess that didn't help things. CRAP!

Berry ryder has an odd structure as bud formation goes man..especially outdoors imo.and this yr has been exceedingly crappy for PM n the like..if you chop or chopped her is it too late to Hydrogen peroxide wash n rince them n dry em??that'll help if its not too sunk in...best of luck buddy.I had to do that not long ago myself for some outdoor gear I had going.frigin suucks too,I hear ya.

Thanks for that suggestion. I cut the cola a couple days ago and separated the affected buds. What the heck, I'll give 'em a soak. A nearby buddy had something going and I spotted the same thing going on so I'll spread the word.

I've grown a few of these. Indoors, day 80 chop was too early, day 90 chop was better and gave me great motivational heady smoke. Next time I will go a little longer I think.

Yea, I was holding out for some amber trichs. Never happened and my humid climate took it's toll. The secondary buds did fatten up nicely though. Just scrutinize the buds closely during those last few days.
