Hi everyone,

I have been using AN Ph Perfect coco bloom for the whole grow until now, but I am contemplating how much of a difference would it make to buy the Ph Perfect grow for veg.
For those of you who have used both with and without, do you see any discernible difference by using the Ph Perfect grow? I am posing this question because the Bloom A already has quite a bit of N, but maybe I would achieve higher growth rates with the grow?

A more controversial question I have (I do not wish to start a flush debate please) is whether the AN flawless finish is a worthy product or not in comparison to just using plain unph'ed water for the last week or week and a half.

Thanks for the help!

Hey bud, I have use the coco once but I use normal ph perfect. I use both but a lot of people dont use the grow. I believe @TaNg has a very popular feeding schedule that does this. Im not sure why they would make the grow if bloom worked better, I'm going to spend the same amount either way. If I use bloom a&b for whole grow I would just use twice as much so no difference in what I'd spend. I have no issue with the size of my plants, or quality of bud when using grow and bloom. Sometimes power of suggestion can be overwhelming, not sure if that's the case but to each their own. Many people rave about it so take it at that. As far as the flawless I wouldnt wast your money! I have a bottle from my 1st grow and haven't touched since. If you want to flush before harvest that's your business and your plants plain water will do the job and cost much less. I have flushed and I have not flushed, I have found ZERO difference. They only time I flush is when I have an issue in the soil. I will never tell you not to its not my place. Stay lifted.

I like the ph perfect coco a&b and not having to ph my feed. If you are using straight coco, then getting the veg a&b should be helpful. I rarely use my veg a&b because my coco has amendments and doesn't need nutes for the first 3 or so weeks. I have 3 nute lines that I use.

Regarding flushing, I come from the "no need" camp. Blackstrap molasses is good to finish with.

I don't like pH Perfect. One of the way the plant communicates with you is by her exudates, which changes pH conditions in soil/coco to promote/trigger bacterial response. If pH goes way off, then it is a sign of trouble. With pH perfect you're kinda like driving with one eye shut.

I've used AN is the past, sure it works, no problem, but they have a ridiculous line up, overpriced and overhyped. My 2 cents…

Yeah I am following Tangs schedule with only Bloom. He does have an updated schedule he claims is better where he uses grow as well, that is why I was asking. I am also going to buy big bud and bud candy to see how much of a difference they make (yes I know most additives are BS, but these seem to be the ones people generally agree are good). You mention you use twice as much bloom, so how much ml/L (or gallon ill convert) do you use then?
As for the flush, I know it is a controversial topic but I wanted it to be false (because it should yield slightly higher) but I have done both with and without in coco and I did notice a difference. And a tremendous one at that. Of course, it could also be for other reasons other than the flush but I have since started flushing. Thanks for the input though!

I have grown in coco without ph perfect (Canna), but the simplicity and quality of ph perfect was just too good to pass in my case, as I am generally quite busy. So I will continue with it.

Precisely! that is why I like it as well.
I see. Have you tried or do you know anyone who tried both with and without the grow?

No, I dont use twice the the dose. I mean if I was using grow in veg I would use more of the grow bottle. I going to use x amount of grow and x amount of bloom. If I just used bloom for whole grow am still using the same amount whether I use grow and bloom or just bloom. I have heard people say they make the grow so you spend more money. I buy on Ebay grow a&b and bloom a&b cost the same. So whether I buy grow and bloom or I bought just bloom I'd still spend the same amount. So I dont believe that hype. If I wasnt happy with the results I would try it, but I dont feel the need. Not hatin'... just sayin'.
