Besides the pH of your water having to be in their recommended range, your PPM must also be below 125 for it to work correctly.

My tap water is 7.0-7.2 I'm lot sure what 125 PPM in EC buts it's 0.2 out the tap

Kind of an unwritten forum rule that everyone posts in the units of measure they use and it's up to the reader to convert. A simple Google request will convert EC to PPM. .2 is about 100 PPM, so you should be fine.
