well, it's rather arrogant for us to think some advanced species from beyond the known universe would be so entertained by simple apes that they would travel many lightyears just to teach them to stack rocks, write language with drawings and interbreed with them. Since our minds were capable you'd think they would have taken the time to teach the Egyptians how to even smelt steel or anything besides.... well, stacking rocks. The whole of what i know about space and life wouldn't even fill a thimble, but I'm sure if intelligent life existed anywhere in the universe it wouldn't stop over at the planet that reeks of beer and has a giant no fat chicks sticker on the back.

what mr piggy said seems to me to be the case. any race that would have the technological knowledge to travel the vast distance's between star's would care less about a pack of self destructive flea and tick infested ape's: i DO believe in alien race's through out the universe,:GoooAuto: but i think that all the activity here on earth come's from two other source's, one is the multiverse concept, layer's of alternate reality's, i would think that it would be much easier for a more advanced race to figure out how to travel between these layer's of reality, because these layer's are the width of a string from quantum physics. that mean's they can hop from one location to another in pico second's .another more plausable explanation is the concept of time travel, tourist's coming from the future to view the past, also more likely than traveling from other star's. the question arise's about the technology taught to the myan's and egyptian's and why were they NOT taught to make high grade steel or 747's, the answer is it wold drasticlly effect the future, they could meddle only so far without threatning there own future reality.
