Yeah, the Red Poison has a great rep for beauty, strength and flavor...VERY on my "to grow" list.

Yup yup! The AKR has quite a few clears still, which is odd, considering the amount of milky and a few increasing ambers... Still shooting for D 90 with her, (8 more days) but it could go 95 if I don't get the leaves used up and ambers I want The Red could come down any time now methinks, the last one went too amber for that strain I think and it didn't compliment the effects rightly. Hard to explain..lol. The Red just has one more node of fan leaves left and is getting axed.

Thanks friends! I'm gettin good at this hehe btw, I sampled the AKR and whoaaaaaaoaoaoaoa wozie wowie wowzers! I see what all the praise is about! Extremely strong and pungent meds. Mine has been and is verrry stinky though, I dunno what's up with some growers saying theirs doesn't smell at all, must have broken noses lol or mine plant is especially extra smelly. It stinks like ammonia, old shoes, and weed lol.

The Afghan Kush Ryder is losing some leaves and revealing the awesome buds hidden in there hehe. Here's my tip for when/how to remove the leaf when it's used up. When the plant is totally done with the leaf, it will pull off with a very gentle tug, almost falling off. If it doesn't pull off with a gentle tug, then the plant is still hanging on to it and using it.

The Red Poison is using up her leaves, and here's one that looks done but it's still not coming off with the gentle tug so it gets left on the plant. Will check on it again in a couple days and it should tug off.

That's about it, did some basic tent maintenance today, re-hung the heater down lower to the plants for more realistic heat distribution. It still just keeps the tent above 60 F at night during lights out. The plants seem totally happy with it, and according to the temperature monitor is working perfectly. It sure beats having the plants drop down to 30 F at night haha! Cleaned up some wiring too and other fine tuning. Also set a little spot for the beer can competition plant, just put it on a spray paint can so it's not in the shadows on the floor.
