Harvest & Curing Any idea when to harvest? Greenhouse crops

I am waiting for my first harvest and was quite confused when I started reading about harvesting. Look at the leaves, colours of trichomes....so many different suggestions.

I have desided to watch trichomes. When I see some amber, I will start rinsing with pure tap water for 10-14 days and harvest when my, not yet very developed gut feeiling say "Chop'em!".

Had to Chop 2/3 of my oldest plant fungus in the top. The 3 biggest tops, removed them trying to watercure them for tasteless weed, but the other tops are drying and the tops near the root are still growing in the pot

So i decided to dry some stuff on my lamp to test is it had any potency, damn i smoked a fully filled filter sigaret bc i didnt got anything else. First inhale hold it pffff nothing, second inhale hold it pffff still nothing, finished the whole bud and nothing, want to go outside and a Breese Comès on my face, it blows me away, i start shaking, my body feels like yelow, i know it's my own fault but then i start puking, i hear my own thoughts in echo's, i even hear a belgium comic in my head and Hes having a roll with me, he used to be my favorite but now i fpiep hate the Guy. When i open my eyes i c screensaver like images of my suroundings.. like An image framed in another image and then it Starts dancing. Had to Yell my wife for help. Puking stoppen after drinking water with loads of Sugar. Damn scary stuff. Tried another load like 1/4 of the first and the shaking sensation and the paralising effect stays the same, is this normal? Was 20j ago when i smoked my last bud
