Any ideas what may be causing this?

Plants are Chemdoggin @ 16 days old. I have white widows that have had the same treatment but don't have this.

What other info should I provide?

Growing medium, ph of said medium if possible, what nutes are you using? Lighting. All these will help pinpoint the issue.

Ok awesome, thanks you.

Advanced Nutes. Grow a/b..200ppm in 1 1/2 gallons of water.
FFOF with about 20% wormcastigns.
315LEC 30 inches from plants.
81 degrees. 27 Celsius.

I'm thinking she needs a little calmag looks like it's only affecting those bottom fans, let's pull @Waira in to confirm

Looks to me as early Ca -defiency due to too low pH of your soil. If there is no progression, soil pH is correct and as it seems, your feed is not too strong then it could be just some splashes of solution that has "burned" against that leaf and you don't have anything to worry about. But if you see similar development elsewhere, I'd give a little CalMag and start to seriously think of checking / correcting the pH of the soil.

It's way to early to have any deficiencies and it kind of looks like insect damage so check closely both top and underneath the leaves for bugs. Also remove any lower leaves that are touching the soil to avoid both crawling insects and possible leaf rot.

Looks like thrips or whitefly damage.

mine had that but it ended up just being on the lower leafs the rest looked great, could b a small burn maybe, i thought for me it was gnats but i got that sorted with just using some sand

would never use cal mag its way 2 expensive u can just use a pinch of epsom salt in a gallon of water its the same thing and costs under £1 for like a kilo

:smoking: Duke-- between the richer type soil and mild feeds, this is very unlikely to be a defc. issue so soon,.. BUT anytime I see FFOF soil, my butt clenches because they have a consistent issue with badly acidic under-cooked soil,... some get OK bags, other don't... it's a damn craps shoot! That said, there's no other signs of badly off pH, but it's still in play regardless,... BTW, AN self buffers in solution only, not once in a true soil, so don't be fooled by their advertising,... Symptoms are looking both like early Ca defc, and bug damage ,.. fine spotting, stippling is there, cratered larger spots, hmmmmm,.... but with Ca defc. usually there's rusty colors to the spotting,...it may not have developed yet,... leaf hoppers, and thrips are upper surface feeders, and can leave similar markings, but as I look closer, I see there's more faint fine spotting/discoloring starting further up interveinally,.. makes me doubt bugs more, but check anyway to cover that base! These are mobile pests, moving on and hiding after snacking,... So back to possible Ca defc.,...... odd, but possible for sure,... OF is often too hot for seedlings too, but no sign of burn so that's good,... I wish you had a proper soil pH probe (Accurate 8 is a good one), this would clear this up, as it's a vital piece of info,... You have a pH meter? you can do a quick and dirty slurry test of the bag soil at least: 1cup soil, 1 cup of your usual water source, let sit for an hour, drain liquid off and test,.. meantime, do you have some Ca-Mg? The damn soil should have plenty at this early stage, but with OF, who knows anymore,...
