So with my Mars system. Nothing is working correctly. There instructions are very limited. Don’t tell you anything other than wiring. Which I had to enlarge just to be able to see and read. After pulling my hair out for a week. I contacted Mars. Through that I’ve been told to plug this in here and that in there…. I receive one email a day with solutions that don’t work. I’m getting tired of this. My plants are a day or two from beginning veg cycle. So I’m hoping someone here might be able to help seeing as the customer support is as weak as their instructions. I feel I’m getting the run around 🤮

Problem 1: the light won’t adjust with the slide bar making getting my PAR & DLI difficult
Problem 2: inline fan is only accessible through the app if the fan is kicked on.
I have the IHUB Pro & smart controller

Any help would be greatly appreciated

The issue is that mars is a Chinese company…. Even when they had a rep here….she was tough to communicate with…

I would eliminate the controller from the equation first…. And see if things work manually. Then plug things in one at a time to see if they each work from the controller. It’s entirely possible you either have a bad controller….or something else is bad…causing an issue with the controller. Just isolating and testing each component will give us more information… :pass:

I will try and take the power supply away from the controller. As it is now everything is plugged into the IHUB. It took me weeks just to figure out that the exhaust fan was accessible when it was running

So taking the controller out of it I get this in the app (first picture) and how it is with the second picture

I’m talking about isolating each component…one at a time…plug it directly into the wall and see if it works properly….then move to the next thing, etc. Once you’ve verified that everything works as it should, then add the hub, and controller…. You’re trying to figure out where the issue is….is something wrong with the light? The controller? The hub? Something else?

First off big shout out to you. 😎 I disconnect the controller and everything seems to be working fine. It would seem the controller was messing everything up
Got my DLI done, and I’m feeling relaxed about the grow now
Thank you again
