anone know what this liitle bugger is and how to get rid of them?
i have only seen 1 , but where there 1 there is normally more, it flies as well (it on the main stalk in the middle of plant blotchy brown color)

I wouldn't worry about this little guy.. I've never seen it before, but a single bug like that probably isn't out to attack your girls. You need to watch out for little colonies of mites and aphids etc...those are the real biatches that cause damage. As for this bug.. just flick him off outside. If more start popping up...look into some ways to deter them from returning. Honestly though, I wouldnt be worried at this stage.
Kind of hard to tell from the picture but it almost looks like a grain moth. To my knowledge they don't bother mj plants. They are common in anything with grain, flour, cereal, bird seed, etc.
