I got a generic trimmer that's getting dull and was wondering if the fiskars get dull after awhile and is there a way to sharpen them?

Yup my fiskars have been sharp for a looong time, I haven't been growing MJ long but use them outdoors in my garden all the time

Lee Valley have some really cool trimmers on sale every once in a while if you have those stores near you or can order online

:grin:Thanks guys I think wally world has them for around ten bucks so i'll pick one up.

I've been using the same pair of Fiskars for about 3 years now and still sharp as the day I bought them. Take a piece of 120 grit sand paper and use them to make multiple cuts in the sandpaper. That will sharpen them.

I have experience with sharpening blades so i find them fairly easy to do with a fine Flat Needle File.and light oil or a finger stone with oil works exceedingly well too.I have a few pairs of trim scissors.:Sharing One:

Edit:Arkansas Stone would be best at a fine grit.
