I was also thinking of using a tomato fertiliser with NPK 4 4.5 8 with Magnesium is a chemical fertiliser so I'm thinking the nutes will get to the plant quicker and resolve the problem quicker or would the swith from organic to chemical nutes make things worse.
i think was nutrient lockout due to ph my digital ph meter hasn't come yet but i got an indicator solution which obviously cant give me to .1 of a ph but is at least completely reliable until my digital one comes. my tap water on its own is about the perfect ph is 6.5 ish. with bio grow has no effect bloom is ph6 so lowers a little but nothing noticable. then i tested with top max and i have been feeding at a ph of about 5 maby a little less due to top max being about the same ph as lemon juice. this makes perfect sence as have recently upped the bloo and top max this added to my already slightly acidic water has been slowly lowering the ph in the soil i think.
i will discontinue use of top max from what ive read isnt worth it and i have no ph up to counteract it.
i flushed the plants with neutral water until the runoff was 6.5ish but feel i should of flushed with a nutrient solution at correct ph rather than just water. the plant was showing multiple deficiencies after closer inspection should i now wait until dry or you think i should now feed with nutrient solution at correct ph as the plant probably has struggled to get nutes for a week or 2 since i upped top max.
those ph meters are awful shouldnt be aloud to sell them
