Problem: some sort of deficiency yellow leaves (seedling) LSD-25 auto

Medium/grow method: soil fox farm ocean forest

Feed: and supplements used: no nutes until flower
But will be using dr earth flower girl

water source: spring water ph 6.5. I been giving them 7.3 by accident for a whole week. Which i think caused growth stunt and discoloration

Strain/age: lsd-25 auto 13 days old

light used: mars hydro ts600 18/6

Climate: Daytime. T 80 RH 65
Night T 77 RH 62

Additional info: since sprout had a dome on for a week. Which i know may have hurt her. Then giving the wrong ph every watering. From the start a light green color.
So thought it was just genetics but don’t think so (first time growing autos)
From sprout it was like this. Tried to remedy it with correct ph water and some new soil. The last few pics are the result of what i did after a few hours. So something i did right. So was it genetics? Or my bad watering?

Or my bad watering?

Hi there! Yeah, unfortunately it looks like one of those early mistakes that once correct forge the path to success.

I'm not the infirmary specialist as i said in the PM, but here's what I would do IF i decided to carry on with it.

I'd personally get a few litres of water, PH it to 6.2.
Slowly water it through .. slowly.

And then make another 6.2 water and add 1/2 strength nutes, water it in and give it a few days to recover.

But if you've got more beans and you're not precious about this one ... maybe throw a few down and practice getting the good starts! It's all important with an Autoflower (IMO) as they only have a limited life.

Hope this helps

Also, this thread is quite old, but everyone seems to hate on Fox Farms Ocean Forest

Rather than keep throwing beans in to get cooked, it may be worth looking into another soil.
Here are 3 that i would recommend based on personal experience and that of other successful growers.

(My number 1 choice) Biobizz Lightmix
(my number 2 choice) Canna Terra Pro
(Choice 3) Plagron Light Mix

Maybe some others from your area (USA?) may have some other alternative for proven soils that can buffer PH well.

For refernce, my water PH is between 7.4 - 7.8 and needs no PH adjustment for Biobizz light to buffer into nutrient uptake range.

Hope this helps
Blue ^_^
