Grow Mediums Anyone growing in 2 liter soda bottles coco hempy style?

Helluuuuuu!

I have a closet that is 85cm wide, 50cm deep and 165cm in height. (4.5 square foot)

I wanna grow with a 250w mh/hps and have a small perpetual grow in there (in my fantasy and not for real)

My plan is to grow in 2 liter soda bottles hempy style with perlite/coco with canna coco nutes.

Plant 2 seeds every 3 weeks and harvest 2 plants every 3 weeks.

It would look like this.

Week 1-3: Two small plants

Week 4-6: Two medium and two small plants.

Week 7-9; Two big, two medium and two small plants.

Week 10-harvest: Two almost finished plants, two big, two medium and two small plants

and then in will continue like that.

Will this work?
Are 2 liter soda bottle hempy style good for autos?
Is 250w of light enough?
Will 8 plants in different stages of their life cycle fit in there?
And how much can I get per plant in this small hempy bottle? (roughly speaking off course)

And how are your plant in that 1.5 liter bottle doing?

Hi Mate... well they are between 7 and 9 Days old atm and chilling under a 200w cfl Yes its Perlite and Coco. So far same or a little bit faster growth then their Sisters in pure Coco. I will update my Vanilla Pines Breeding Project Threat today as i need to with my other ones too.

Imma go directly to the point:

If you trully believe this 250w wont bring heat up and kill yer gals, go for it.

But than, I'm quite sure you'll need a damn nice exaustion system, and gotta keep air circulating nicelly.

It's also understood you already got a great cool tube.

Else, go FLUOR.


I'd divide the space in two, if I had such wardrobe... than. Separate atleast 50cm for a vegetating room underneath, then a flowering room above...

So they don't really fight for the light.

Plus, I'd go mixed spectrum... for Autos are something special... they vegetate little, start blooming, and stuff... and since they say
6500k grows leaves, and 2700k grows branches... why not pull both and grow the plant evenly?

I have a window just next to this closet so temp and air flow will be no problem. And the bulb I will be using is a mix spectrum light thats why a wrote mh/hps.

And I will not divide the closet in to two spaces, that sound like way to much hassle for nothing. And will just make all my head space go away. 160 minus 50cm only give me 110 of head space and minus pot height and distance from my bulb I have just like 60 cm left...that not enough.

I was. Few Akr all i 2L soda bottle, coco + perlit. There was only one big problem, they need water every day. My best AKR was about 50g plus som popcorn

Great info my friend. And about the "problem" I have to say that it is no problem, coco works best when you water/fed every day or even multiple times a day. I was thinking of water 3-5 times a day in full flower.

Did your plants grow bushy or more like one big main cola?

You got any pictures of your grow?

edit: You got any idea of your average yield of your plants? Just to give me a rough idea...

I call it "big problem" couse sometimes I out for about 3-4 days so for me its a problem. Normaly y I water/fed 1-2 times a day. Usually I dont take photo but I remember that i take few on hervest day so if I find it I will show. If you will grow i 2L soda bottle try LST, I were thinking about some auto sog but all autos without trening give ma 15-25g, trained plants give ma 40-50g plus some popcorn.
